4. Account Registration

If you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including any required age confirmation and account details. You are responsible for:

6. Advertiser Responsibilities

If you create or manage a profile on Rose Companions, you are solely responsible for:

• the legality, accuracy, and completeness of your listing
• ensuring all content, images, names, claims, pricing, and contact details are truthful and current
• ensuring you are acting independently and lawfully
• complying with all laws, regulations, and local restrictions that apply to you
• ensuring all persons shown, referenced, or described in your content are adults aged 18 or over
• ensuring you hold all rights and permissions necessary to upload and publish your content

You must not upload content on behalf of another person without their express authority.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use Rose Companions to publish, transmit, request, promote, or otherwise engage in any content or conduct that is unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms.

Without limitation, the following are prohibited:

You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload, but by submitting content to Rose Companions you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, resize, distribute, and use that content as necessary to operate, market, secure, and improve the platform.

You warrant that:

• you own the content or have the right to use it
• the content does not infringe any third-party rights
• the content is lawful and not misleading
• all persons depicted are adults and have consented to the content being used

We may apply technical changes such as resizing, cropping, compression, watermarking, moderation flags, or format conversion.

10. Pricing, Plans, Trials, and Billing

We may offer subscriptions, promotional trials, featured placements, boosts, or other paid services.

Unless otherwise stated:
