Photos
Your photos are the first thing clients see. On search results pages, city pages, and in the featured slider, your primary image is what earns the click. A single blurry or outdated photo will cost you attention, no matter how good your bio or pricing is.
What to do:
Profiles with multiple recent photos consistently outperform profiles with one or two old images. It signals that you are active, professional, and invested in your presence on the platform.
Availability
The Available Now feature is one of the most underused tools on the platform. When you toggle it on, your profile is promoted to the Available Now slider on city and suburb pages. Clients filtering for immediate availability will see you first.
What to do:
Clients who use the Available Now filter are typically ready to book immediately. Being visible to them at the right moment is one of the easiest ways to generate enquiries.
Regular Updates
Rose Companions shows recently updated profiles more prominently in listings. If you have not touched your profile in weeks, it may be ranked lower than a provider who updated their bio yesterday.
What to do:
Regular activity tells both the platform and potential clients that your profile is live and current. It is the difference between a profile that works for you and one that just sits there.
Putting It Together
Think of your profile as a living document, not a set-and-forget page. The providers who treat it that way are the ones who see consistent results. Upload great photos. Use Available Now when you are working. And update your profile regularly.
