What Is Available Now?
When a provider activates "Available Now" on their profile, it tells anyone browsing the site that they are currently taking enquiries and available for bookings. The indicator appears as a visible badge on profile cards and in the dedicated Available Now slider on city and suburb pages.
How Providers Use It
If you are a listed provider, you can toggle your availability from your dashboard. When you are ready to take bookings, switch it on. When you are done for the day, switch it off. It is that simple.
The feature is time-limited by default, so it will automatically expire if you forget to turn it off. This prevents stale "available" indicators from lingering on profiles that are no longer actually available.
How Clients Use It
If you are browsing and want to connect with someone right now, rather than planning a future booking, look for the Available Now slider at the top of city pages. For example, the Melbourne city page shows a horizontal row of currently available providers. You can also use the "Available Now" filter on any listing page to narrow results.
